Skins are up! Now I need to figure out what trim goes where. Its like a aluminum puzzle. Also coming up, setting up wiring area and organizing all the wire leads. Then its off to get some new paint.
End caps are in and let me tell you, they did not just slide right in. The backs of the rivets grabbed the reflextix insulation and made it difficult to maneuver and slide the caps. But, some heavy duct tape on top of the rivet line on the back side did the trick and allowed better movement.
After 2 years of taking up space in my shed, the interior skin is going up. Large center piece is up and later today the end caps. Happy to be making progress and getting the shed empty at the same time! Now...how do I cut a perfect circle in aluminum in order to cover over the old openings...I guess its back to the forums. http://www.airforums.com/
Floor has been painted and sealed; Reflectix insulation is done and now onto wiring then reinstall of the inside skins. Riveting soon...
Hopefully this will stop one of the last remaining leaks I have near the door. Time to do one more leak check before reinstalling the inner walls.
