More questions: What's the yellow over the ribs? Are you changing the location of the batteries and converter? What battery configuration are you going with?
May 22, 2009
The yellow is heavy duty electrical tape. I did this to create a thermal break from the external skin to the internal skins.
I'm currently planning on 1 AGM battery and the location will be under the front bed configuration. I will also have the fresh water tank up toward the front.

The yellow tape really helps when trying to install a interior into a previous hole. While holding up the interior panel, you can see the yellow easily.

Meticulous job! What did you use to seal the floor?
May 29, 2009
To seal the floor I used a Kilz wood primer, then a Lowes Porch paint in medium grey.
